Can I return a vehicle I buy from THIScar?

Yes. THIScar provides two options designed to give retail customers added confidence in their purchase: 3-Day Return Option: You may return the vehicle within 3 calendar days or 150 miles after delivery, whichever occurs first, subject to a $1,500 restocking fee. 30-Day Exchange: Beginning on day 4, you may exchange the vehicle through day 30 or 1,000 miles after delivery, whichever occurs first, subject to a $1,500 restocking fee. For either option, the vehicle must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Transportation and shipping charges are not refundable. Additional terms, conditions, and exclusions apply.

The advertised no-haggle price is the amount you pay THIScar for the vehicle. THIScar does not add a separate dealer service fee, technology fee, documentation fee, documentary fee, or other dealer fee to that price.

There are no mandatory dealer add-ons, protection packages, accessories, or required products. Optional products and services are available only when selected by the customer.

Applicable sales tax, title, registration, license, and other government-imposed charges are additional and vary by transaction and jurisdiction. These amounts are paid to or imposed by government agencies, not retained as THIScar dealer fees.

A 3.5% processing fee applies to eligible credit- or debit-card payments. This fee passes through payment-processing costs and will not exceed the permitted cost of acceptance or applicable limits. Reservation deposits also incur this fee. The processing fee is normally non-refundable once the deposit payment is captured; THIScar may approve a full refund when necessary.

Approved personal checks processed through CrossCheck incur a 1% verification fee. This fee does not apply to cashier’s checks. You can avoid these payment-method fees by paying with a cashier’s check or bank wire.

Traditional dealerships may add dealer fees or required packages after advertising a vehicle price. THIScar does not. The price is clear before you start the purchase.
