The SMARTbuy mechanical inspection and any repairs completed before the sale do not create or imply a warranty. Customers should carefully review the Buyers Guide and all purchase documents and are welcome to have the vehicle independently inspected before purchasing.

The 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee and 30-Day Exchange Option are separate from a dealer warranty and are subject to their own terms, fees, limitations, conditions, and exclusions.
