We want you to know what to expect before you visit.

When our team identifies a notable cosmetic imperfection—such as a dent, scratch, stain, or paint concern—our goal is to photograph it and include it in the vehicle listing whenever practical.

Our photographs may not capture every minor sign of age or normal use, but we make a genuine effort to present each SMARTbuy honestly and provide a realistic picture of its condition.

SMARTbuy is a separate collection within the larger THIScar inventory.

Vehicles in our primary inventory are generally newer, have lower mileage, offer newer features or technology, and receive more extensive reconditioning.

SMARTbuy vehicles are generally older, higher-mileage, or offered at a lower price point. They are selected for customers who prioritize affordable, practical transportation and exceptional value.

Yes. SMARTbuy vehicles are sold as-is, with no dealer warranty, except where otherwise stated in writing.

The SMARTbuy mechanical inspection and any repairs completed before the sale do not create or imply a warranty. Customers should carefully review the Buyers Guide and all purchase documents and are welcome to have the vehicle independently inspected before purchasing.

The 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee and 30-Day Exchange Option are separate from a dealer warranty and are subject to their own terms, fees, limitations, conditions, and exclusions.

Yes. Every SMARTbuy is backed by the same THIScar 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee and 30-Day Exchange Option available with our primary retail inventory.

3-Day Money-Back Guarantee You may return the vehicle within 3 calendar days or 150 miles after delivery, whichever occurs first. A $1,500 restocking fee applies. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Transportation and shipping charges are not refundable. Additional terms, conditions, and exclusions apply.

30-Day Exchange Option Beginning on day 4, you may exchange the vehicle through day 30 or 1,000 miles after delivery, whichever occurs first. A $1,500 restocking fee applies.
