    Eligible domestic retail purchases may qualify for a return within 3 calendar days or 150 miles, whichever occurs first, or an exchange on days 4–30 through 1,000 miles, whichever occurs first. A $1,500 restocking fee applies to either option. Vehicles must be returned in the same condition; transportation and shipping charges are non-refundable.     No Dealer Fees. No Surprises.

    The advertised no-haggle price is the amount you pay THIScar for the vehicle. THIScar does not add a separate dealer service fee, technology fee, documentation fee, documentary fee, or other dealer fee to that price.

    There are no mandatory dealer add-ons, protection packages, accessories, or required products. Optional products and services are available only when selected by the customer.

    Applicable sales tax, title, registration, license, and other government-imposed charges are additional and vary by transaction and jurisdiction. These amounts are paid to or imposed by government agencies, not retained as THIScar dealer fees.

    Customers are responsible for a Stripe processing fee of 2.9% of the transaction amount plus $0.30, added to the original amount. For example, a $500 reservation deposit has a $14.80 processing fee and a $514.80 card total. The processing fee is normally non-refundable once captured; THIScar may approve a full refund when necessary.

    Approved personal checks processed through CrossCheck incur a 1% verification fee. This fee does not apply to cashier’s checks. You can avoid these payment-method fees by paying with a cashier’s check or bank wire.

    Traditional dealerships may add dealer fees or required packages after advertising a vehicle price. THIScar does not. The price is clear before you start the purchase.
