If we can not contact your lienholder, or if you have a loan/lien from a title loan company, we will not be able to pay the same day. In those instances, we will pay out your equity once we receive the clear title to your vehicle from the title loan company.

If you owe more than the current market value of the vehicle, we can work with our lenders to roll that 'negative equity' into your new loan.
